QTEK Labour Hire Pty Ltd offers short-term and long-term assignments to all candidates that are interested in pursuing employment via our company. We will explore all avenues to achieve the best results for all candidates which will include the best possible pay rate, benefits and only dealing with responsible clients offering a safe work place.
We pride ourselves on providing a professional service to both candidates and clients and as such we expect the same in return from our candidates. Failure to openly and honestly communicate with our in-house staff may result in QTEK Labour Hire not wishing to continue our association with you. All we ask is that if we have identified a work site for you and you have agreed to work for us you agree to communicate with us during your employment, this included notification of any time off, requests for time off, late starts and any work place health and safety issues.
At QTEK Labour Hire our working week is Monday to Sunday with all pays being processed on Wednesday of the following week, with funds being available to you Thursday morning. Pre-printed timecards are provided to your host employer and are also available from this web site. No pays will be processed without us first receiving a signed timecard from your host employer, it is your responsibility to get your timecard signed and faxed to us.
Our principal approach to communication with all candidates is via SMS and mobile phone. When we have a position available we will broadcast a generic SMS to all candidates that meet the skill codes requested by the host employer. For us to accurately skill-code any candidate we first need data from you.
