Casual Labour Hire

QTEK Labour Hire's primary business activity is Casual Labour Hire to all industry. We supply to a variety of industries covering a multitude of occupations. From humble beginnings supplying the odd welder and boiler maker, we now cover every industrial sector.

Operating a professional and stream-lined business ensures a very cost effective business base which allows us to remain very competitive against hourly charge rates. We offer all customers the opportunity to employ our candidate's once they have successfully completed 12 continuous working weeks. A trial before you buy approach benefits you the customer in the long run and dramatically reduces your recruitment costs.

Temporary Office Staff

QTEK Labour Hire has strengthened its labour hire activities by expanding into the Temporary office staff arena. We primarily supply temp staff to our existing customer base, however as the market has become aware of our activity in this sector we are being called upon to supply temp staff outside our traditional customer base.

Utilizing the same casual hire benchmark and Fasttrack software we are able to offer very fast turn around times with suitably qualified and experienced staff.

Permanent Recruitment

QTEK Labour Hire has registered a subsidiary company called QTEK Recruitment which provides a cost effective form of permanent recruitment. We provide a full recruitment service with a minimal outlay for our customer base. Our fee structure is set at 7.5% up to a base wage of $75,000 and 10% thereafter.

Our placement fees are calculated as a percentage of annual income, (as per above) plus superannuation. Company cars and any other bonus system the employer may have in place along with mobile phones and lap top computers are not included in our calculations, we strictly use base wage and superannuation to calculate of placement fee.
